The command passed to the REXX CPICOMM environment contains a bracketed DBCS error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The command passed to the REXX CPICOMM environment contained a mismatch of shift-in and shift-out characters. A character string was encountered that started with a shift-out character and did not end with a shift-in character.
Recovery . . . : Change the command to contain valid bracketed DBCS characters. For further information on valid REXX variable names, refer to the REXX/400 Reference, SC41-5729.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A shift-out control character (hex 0E) was encountered and no corresponding shift-in control character (hex 0F) was found.
