Cause . . . . . : Your program attempted to do one of the following:
-- Set the deallocate_type to CM_DEALLOCATE_CONFIRM when the sync_level is CM_NONE or CM_SYNC_POINT.
-- Set the deallocate_type to CM_DEALLOCATE_FLUSH when the sync_level is CM_SYNC_POINT.
Recovery . . . : Use the appropriate deallocate_type and try the request again.
