Protected password could not be built on conversation &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A protected password for the current signed-on user could not be built. The request failed for one of the following reasons:
- The password was last changed on a release earlier than Version 2 Release 2.
- The user profile was not found.
- Password *NONE not allowed for protected password.
- Incorrect user profile name.
- User profile disabled.
- Invalid CCSID value specified in SECURITY_PASSWORD_CCSID parameter of the CMSCSP API.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
