Cause . . . . . : The CCSID specified for either the message catalog or source file is not supported for one of the following reason codes:
1 -- CCSID or codepage is not supported by this function.
2 -- If the file is a record based file, then not all the character fields are tagged with the same CCSID.
Recovery . . . : Specify a supported CCSID or codepage.
