Cause . . . . . : The locale specified on the keyword is not valid for one of the following reasons:
1 -- The locale is in use by another process.
2 -- The locale does not exist.
3 -- The locale is not valid.
4 -- The CCSID of the locale is different from the CCSID specified for the locale object on the Create Locale (CRTLOCALE) command.
5 -- You are not authorized to the locale.
6 -- The path name is not valid.
7 -- The locale is damaged.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid locale for the keyword.
