Problem determining default CCSID.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system tried to determine a value for the default job CCSID (DFTCCSID) of the job based on the system environment variable QTQ_DEFAULT_CCSID. QTQ_DEFAULT_CCSID is used to determine the DFTCCSID when the job CCSID is 65535. The QTQ_DEFAULT_CCSID value, &1, was not valid or was not available. The job LANGID will be used to determine the DFTCCSID for the job. Some system programs may provide results that are not expected.
Recovery . . . : Change the system environment variable QTQ_DEFAULT_CCSID to a valid value for the job DFTCCSID or try the request again when the variable is available.
