RSTOBJ(*LNG) cannot be specified with FLR.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A folder name cannot be specified on the FLR parameter when *LNG is specified on the RSTOBJ parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the folder name on the FLR parameter to *SAME, or specify *PGM or *ALL for the RSTOBJ parameter. Then try the request again.
