REPLACERLS(&8) cannot be used for product &1 option &2 release &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : REPLACERLS(&8) cannot be used because multiple releases would exist after the restore of product &1. Product &1 option &2 release &7 is currently installed in library &5 but has been repackaged by the product owner to use library &6 for release &4. Since the product was packaged to not allow dynamic naming the product must be installed into library &6.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following then try your request again:
-- Contact your service provider.
-- Specify REPLACERLS(*NO) on the RSTLICPGM command.
-- Use the DLTLICPGM command to delete product &1 option &2 release &7.
-- Product owners may change the preoperation exit program to delete product &1 option &2 release &7 and then repackage the product.
