Release &4 not valid for parameter &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Release &4 is not in the correct format. The correct release format is VxRxMy, where x must be a number 0 through 9 and y must be a number 0-9 or a letter A-Z.
Recovery . . . : Change the release to the correct format, and then try the request again.
