Keyword or keyword value not allowed with field length.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the indicated keyword or keyword value is specified, the length of the field containing the keyword must be an even number.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Change the field length to an even number.
-- Omit the keyword.
-- Change the keyword value to one that does not require an even number for the field length.
