Cause . . . . . : The value of the MAXACTL attribute on the LIST tag must be in the range 1-3. A different value is specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value in the range 1-3 for the MAXACTL attribute on the LIST tag, or remove the attribute entirely to use the default value of 2. Then try the request again.
