Cause . . . . . : The correct specification for the IGC base type on the CLASS tag is the number of bytes, n, optionally followed by OPEN or EITHER. IGC is not specified in this manner.
Recovery . . . : Specify the IGC base type on the CLASS tag with the number of bytes, n, optionally followed by OPEN or EITHER. Then try the request again.
