YES value for AUTOENTR attribute on &1 tag not allowed when OUT value specified for USAGE attribute.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The INOUT value must be specified for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag when the YES value is specified for the AUTOENTR attribute. The OUT value is currently specified for the USAGE attribute.
Recovery . . . : Specify the INOUT value for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag, or change the YES value for the AUTOENTR attribute. Then try the request again.
