VARY parameter is ignored when PGM is *REXX.

Cause . . . . . : The VARY parameter is not supported on a PARM statement when *REXX is specified for the PGM parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either omit the VARY parameter from the PARM Statement in the command definition source or the VARY parameter value is ignored.
