Space pointer declare requires HLLPTR keyword to be specified or HLLPTR keyword not in proper order.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A compiler has generated a machine interface (MI) declaration statement that was not valid. The error was found by the program resolution monitor. The HLLPTR keyword must come before any other high-level language keywords, such as PARENT or HLL when used in the declaration of a space pointer.
Recovery . . . : Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
