Cause . . . . . : The conversion table could not be found. The reason codes are:
1 - The CCSID could not be found for CHRID &4 &5.
2 - No table found for CCSID &2 or CCSID &3.
3 - No conversion taking place because CCSID &6 specified.
4 - Conversion not defined from Panel Group CCSID &2 to Device CCSID &3.
5 - Conversion not defined from Panel Group CCSID &2 to Job CCSID &3.
6 - Conversion not defined from Job CCSID &2 to Device CCSID &3.
7 - Conversion not defined from Device CCSID &2 to Job CCSID &3.
8 - Conversion not defined from CCSID &2 to CCSID &3 for printing.
9 - Conversion not defined from Job CCSID &2 to CCSID &3 for printing.
10 - Conversion not defined from Panel Group CCSID &2 to CCSID &3 for printing.
11 - Conversion not defined from CCSID &2 to Job CCSID &3 for printing.
Recovery . . . : Reconfigure the system so that conversions are valid and try the request again.
