OUTMBR parameter can only be specified with OUTPUT(*OUTFILE).

Cause . . . . . : An output member name was specified (OUTMBR parameter) and a value of * or *PRINT was specified for the OUTPUT parameter.
Recovery . . . : Remove the OUTMBR parameter or change the OUTPUT parameter to OUTPUT(*OUTFILE). Then try the request again.
