Unable to pass Lotus Calendar Connector server control socket.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The GiveDescriptor() sockets call failed to pass the listen socket to the next server job.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the POP server jobs are running properly.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The sockets GiveDescriptor function was not able to pass the listen socket to the next server job. Either there was not a job available or there is a problem with the TCP/IP sockets.
