Could not satisfy authentication request from device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Was not able to satisfy the authentication request from device &1. The reason code is &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
1 - Validation list was not configured in device description.
2 - Device did not accept validation list authentication information.
3 - Client certificate was not associated with user profile.
4 - Device did not accept client certificate.
5 - Validation list is empty.
6 - Validation list does not contain the userid of the spooled file's owner, the device name printing the spooled file, or the name of the system processing the spooled file.
7 - Validation list could not return encrypted data.
8 - Validation list could not be found.
9 - Validation list could not be accessed.
Recovery . . . : The recovery for the reason codes are as follows:
1 - Configure a validation list in the device description.
2 - Verify that the validation list contains a userid and password that the device will accept.
3 - The device is configured for SSL. Verify that a client certificate is associated with the user profile of the user that owns the spooled file.
4 - Verify that the device is configured to accept a client certificate from the user that owns the spooled file.
5,6 - Add userid, device name, or system name to the validation list. Include authentication information.
7 - Verify that the QRETSVRSEC system value is set and that the QsyEncryptData validation list attribute is set.
8 - Verify that the validation list exists and was correctly configured in the device description.
9 - The validation list could be locked or damaged.
