CODE(*ASCII) not allowed with RCDBLKFMT value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : RCDBLKFMT(*V) and RCDBLKFMT(*VB) are only allowed with CODE(*EBCDIC).
Recovery . . . : Either specify CODE(*EBCDIC), or specify a value other than *V or *VB on the RCDBLKFMT parameter. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : CODE(*EBCDIC) is required with RCDBLKFMT values of *V or *VB. CODE(*ASCII) is required with RCDBLKFMT values of *D or *DB. Either CODE(*ASCII) or CODE(*EBCDIC) can be specified with RCDBLKFMT values of *F, *FB, *VS, *VBS, or *U.
