Indicated keyword not allowed with DATFMT or TIMFMT value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DATSEP or TIMSEP keyword is not allowed when the DATFMT or TIMFMT keyword specifies a value of *ISO, *EUR, *USA, or *JIS.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- Omit the DATSEP or TIMSEP keyword.
-- Specify a value other than *ISO, *EUR, *USA, or *JIS on the DATFMT or TIMFMT keyword.
