Indicated keyword requires TRNSPY keyword.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The indicated keyword requires the TRNSPY keyword. Either a hexadecimal value was specified on the DFT keyword or the CVTDTA keyword was specified and DEVTYPE(*SCS) was specified on the CRTPRTF command.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Specify the TRNSPY keyword.
-- Omit the indicated keyword.
-- Change the value on the DFT keyword to a value that is not hexadecimal.
-- Create the printer file (CRTPRTF command) with DEVTYPE(*IPDS) if the CVTDTA keyword is specified.
