Subfile control record not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The subfile control record (SFLCTL keyword) must be specified immediately after its associated subfile record (SFL keyword). The value on the SFLCTL keyword must be the subfile record name (position 19 - 28) specified on the SFL keyword.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Change the subfile record name to the name specified on the SFLCTL keyword.
-- Change the value on the SFLCTL keyword to the subfile record name.
-- Move the subfile record immediately before the subfile control record.
-- Move the subfile control record immediately after the subfile record.
