Cause . . . . . : When the UNIQUE keyword is specified in the file, immediate maintenance of the access path (MAINT(*IMMED) on the command used to create the file) is required.
Recovery . . . : Either omit the UNIQUE keyword and then try the request again, or specify MAINT(*IMMED) on the command used to create the file.
