Cause . . . . . :
The value &1 in the FROMLIB or the TOLIB parameter contains characters that are not valid. A name must begin with an alphabetic character followed by alphanumeric characters.
Recovery . . . :
Correct the library name in either the FROMLIB or the TOLIB parameter, and try the request again.
