User cause &1 product identifier &2 not specified correctly.

Recovery . . . : Verify that the user cause code point is correct. For valid user cause code points, see the section on common fields in SNA Formats, GA27-3136.
Then do one or more of the following:
-- If the code point is not correct, change the code point and try the request again.
-- If the code point is correct, then verify the user cause product identifier. Valid product identifier values include: *SNDHDW, *SNDSFW and *RSCHDW.
-- If the product identifier is not correct, correct it and try the request again.
-- If the product identifier is correct, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the third digit of the code point is X'E' (for example, X'00E1'), the code point requires a product identifier. For more information on code point files, see the Alerts Support book, SC41-5413.
