Cause . . . . . : The specified built-in or external routine does exist, but it was not used correctly for one of the following reasons:
-- Arguments which were not correct were sent to the routine.
-- The program specified could not be used with the REXX language processor.
-- There were more than 20 arguments sent to the routine (this also applies to internal routines).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Ensure that the arguments sent to the routine are correct.
-- Ensure that the specified program can be used with the language processor.
-- Ensure that there are 20 arguments or fewer sent to the routine.
