REXX external data queue is damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The REXX external data queue has been damaged and no further operations on the REXX data queue can be performed.
Recovery . . . : For interactive jobs, issue the command RMVREXBUF *ALL to delete and re-create the REXX external data queue, and try the request again. Otherwise, if you are using a batch job, you should allow the job to end and then resubmit the job.
