Journaling control was not started for the QAMATXTD file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journaling control was not activated because the STRJRNPF command failed to run successfully on the QAMATXTD file. Possible reasons: - The file QAMATXTD no longer exists on the system. - The file QAMATXTD is in damaged state. - Journaling is already active on the file.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages, correct any errors and try the command again.
