Cause . . . . . : An attempt to delete a record from the Order log failed for one of the following reasons:
-- Database delete function not functioning correctly.
-- Order log is not opened for deletions.
-- The order record no longer exists in the database file.
-- The Order log no longer exists.
Recovery . . . : Call your service organization and report the problem.
