Duplicate sequence number in help group on HLPSEQ.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Another record in the display file contains an HLPSEQ keyword with the same help group name and sequence number. Within a file, the sequence number must be unique for each help group name.
Recovery . . . : Change either the sequence number or help group name to make the sequence number unique within the help group. Then try the request again.
