Cause . . . . . : A help specification with HLPARA(*RCD) is not allowed in a user-defined record (USRDFN keyword) or in a subfile control record (SFLCTL keyword).
Recovery . . . : Change the value on the HLPARA keyword to either a help area or *NONE. Then try the request again.
