Cause . . . . . : Commitment control information is not available for one of the following reasons:
-- The requested job was held with a Hold Job (HLDJOB) command while a commitment control operation was taking place.
-- A job was held with a Hold Job (HLDJOB) command while it was displaying commitment control information for the requested job.
-- Commitment control operations were occurring in the requested job while its commitment control control information was retrieved.
-- Files under commitment control were being closed in the requested job while its commitment control information was retrieved.
-- An internal object used for commitment control is damaged.
Recovery . . . : Display the job log (DSPJOBLOG) to determine if damage has been encountered. If damage has not been encountered, try the request again. If damage has been encountered, there is no recovery.
