Message : CPD8365
Save-while-active prevented by API commitment resources.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The save-while-active request for library &1 could not continue because all commitment definitions for job &4/&3/&2 that contain API commitment resources that do not allow saves to perform normally were not committed or rolled back before the save-while-active wait time (SAVACTWAIT parameter) was exceeded.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value that is greater than 30 seconds for the save active wait time (SAVACTWAIT) parameter, try the request again and then do the following:
Use the Display Message (DSPMSG) command to display all messages for the QSYSOPR message queue. Message CPI8365 will be sent for each job that has a commitment definition with a registered API resource that is preventing the save-while-active request from continuing. Do the following for each job identified by the CPI8365 messages:
1 - Use the Display Job (DSPJOB) command specifying OPTION(*CMTCTL) to display the commitment control status for the job.
2 - Use option 5 (Display) to show the status for all commitment definitions listed.
3 - If there are two or more commitment definitions which contain API commitment resources that do not allow normal save processing, those API commitment resources must be removed from commitment definitions until there is at most one commitment definition remaining which contains API commitment resources that do not allow normal save processing.
4 - If a commitment definition is preventing a save-while-active request from continuing, informational message CPI8366 is shown on the status line of the Commitment Definition Status display. Commit or rollback all commitment definitions for the job that are preventing the save-while-active request from continuing. The commit or rollback operation for each commitment definition must be started from the job that is using commitment control unless the job is to be ended (ENDJOB command).
5 - After all commit and rollback operations are complete, display the status for all of the commitment definitions for the job again. If any commitment definition is still preventing the save-while-active request from continuing, commit or rollback the commitment definition. Repeat this procedure until no commitment definitions for the job are preventing the save-while-active request from continuing.
