Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The save request for library &1 could not continue because commitment definition &5 for this job has pending changes. The reason code is &8. The following is a list of reason codes and their meanings:
1 -- One or more record level changes are pending for a file in library &1.
2 -- One or more object level changes are pending for an object in library &1.
3 -- An API resource is registered that does not allow save requests to perform normally.
Recovery . . . : Depending on the reason code, do the following then try the save request again:
1 -- Commit or rollback commitment definition &5.
2 -- Commit or rollback commitment definition &5.
3 -- Remove all API resources that do not allow save requests to perform normally.
To find the API resources under commitment control, use the Display Job (DSPJOB) CL command and choose the option to display commitment control status. Display commitment definition &5 and then display resource status for API resources. To determine whether the resource allows save requests, display the resource's details.
To remove API resources, use the Remove Commitment Resource (QTNRMVCR) API.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &6. The activation group number is &7. The lock space id is &9. The lock space associated space id is &10. The XID is &11.
