Changes associated with journal &2 in library &3 for commitment definition &4 not recovered.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The changes associated with journal &2 in library &3 for commitment definition &4 and job &10/&9/&8 will not be recovered by the system. This is because commitment control recovery was not completed successfully during process completion, probably due to an End Job Abnormal (ENDJOBABN) command, or because conditions detected during a Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) indicate that a system object associated with these changes was damaged. The condition of any pending transaction associated with this part of the commitment definition can not be determined. Manual verification of any transaction associated with this part of the commitment definition may be necessary.
Recovery . . . : The commit cycle identifier is &13, which may or may not represent the last successfully committed transaction that brought the part of commitment definition &4 associated with with journal &2 in library &3 to a commitment boundary. The commit cycle identifier is the sequence number of the 'SC' (commit cycle started) journal entry that corresponds to that particular transaction.
Use this information with other messages listed in the history log and job log to verify if manual recovery is necessary.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &5. The activation group number is &6. The logical unit of work identifier is &11. The lock space id is &14. The lock space associated space id is &15. The XID is &16.
