Commitment definition not eligible for forced &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The forced &4 cannot be performed on a commitment definition that is not eligible. The commitment definition &1 is not eligible because of reason code &5. The following is a list of reason codes:
1 -- The job, for this commitment definition, is no longer on the system.
2 -- The logical unit of work, for this commitment definition, is not in an undecided state.
3 -- The commitment definition is already being forced to commit or forced to roll back.
4 -- The commitment definition is no longer on the system.
5 -- The server job, for this commitment definition, is no longer on the system.
6 -- The commitment definition is in a last agent pending state, and has selected an API commitment resource to be the last agent.
99. An unexpected error has occurred.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is required if reason code is not equal to 6 or 99.
If reason code is equal to 6, and the last agent API commitment control exit program is causing resources to be held which are needed by other jobs, the job that created this commitment definition can be ended (ENDJOB command). During job end, the last agent API exit program will be called again to vote on whether to commit or roll back the resources. If the program runs for longer than 5 minutes, the rest of the resources will be committed or rolled back based on the Action If Problems commitment option.
If reason code is equal to 99, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The commitment definition identifier is &2.
The activation group number is &3.
