Distribution queue entry cannot be held

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The distribution queue entry that you selected to hold cannot be held because the sender is communicating with the remote system and the status of the distribution (Pending) indicates that the remote system may have already received the distribution and is accepting responsibility for it.
Recovery . . . : Use the hold queue option to hold the distribution queue and wait for the sender to stop sending. If the selected distribution is still on the queue, try holding it again.
Holding a distribution that has a status of Sending, Suspend, or Pending may cause that distribution to be duplicated in the network.
