Distribution queue entry cannot be held.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the distribution queue type is *RPDS or *DLS, a distribution queue entry that has a status of SENDING cannot be held by SNA distribution services (SNADS). The entry has already been given to the bridge function for processing.
