Cause . . . . . : You specified the special value *BACKOUT for the New user identifier (NEWUSRID) parameter. This special value is only allowed for an entry that resulted in an error while attempting a previous rename request.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different value for the New user ID (NEWUSRID) parameter. Try the request again.
