Duplicate values for setup differences not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : Duplicate values were specified for setup differences (SETUPDIF parameter). Each value specified for this network interface description must be unique.
Recovery . . . : Remove the duplicate setup differences value, then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The setup difference parameter defines how this network behaves differently for SETUP message handling from the recommendations of the international standards organization CCITT. More than one setup difference value can be specified for an ISDN network interface description. These setup difference values must be unique for each setup difference entry defined for a given ISDN network interface description.
