Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Network interface &1 is in vary off pending status. The network interface will go to varied off status shortly.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the request again:
-- Wait for the network interface to go to varied off status.
-- Vary off the network interface immediately by using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command and specify *NO for asynchronous vary off (ASCVRYOFF parameter).
