Network address can not be more than 15 digits

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Network address (NETADR parameter) can not be more than 15 digits if extended network addressing (EXNNETADR parameter) is *NO. Up to 17 digits can be specified if extended network addressing is *YES.
Recovery . . . : Change the network address to a value of no more than 15 digits or change extended network addressing to *YES, then try the command again.
