Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The X.25 link protocol (LINKPCL parameter) must be *QLLC if the controller type (TYPE parameter) is 4680 or 4684.
Recovery . . . : Change the value specified for the X.25 link protocol to *QLLC. Then try the request again.
