Cause . . . . . : The user-defined parameters (USRDFN1, USRDFN2, and USRDFN3) can be specified only if *YES is specified for APPN-capable (APPN parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove any values specified for the user-defined parameters, or change APPN-capable to *YES, then try the request again.
