Cause . . . . . : The device description &1 is not created. Reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1380 -- SNA pass-through device with class (SNPTCLS parameter) *DOWN can not attach to a Host controller.
1381 -- A display, printer, finance, or retail device with device class (DEVCLS parameter) *SNPT can only attach to an APPC controller.
1382 -- A display, printer, finance, or retail device with a device class (DEVCLS parameter) other than *SNPT can not attach to an APPC controller.
1384 -- A display, printer, finance, or retail device with device class (DEVCLS parameter) *SNPT can not attach to an APPC controller with link type (LINKTYPE parameter) *LOCAL, *ANYNW, OR *OPC. Also, SNA pass-through devices can not attach to an APPC controller with link type (LINKTYPE parameter) *LOCAL, *ANYNW, OR *OPC.
1385 -- No devices can be attached to controllers created by the Advanced 36 machine.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors, then try the request again.
