Unable to access initialization source data.

Cause . . . . . : While attempting a vary on operation, errors occurred while accessing member &3 of file &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : If the vary on is for a line or a controller, check the SRCFILE and SRCMBR values in the line description or controller description. If the vary on is for a device, check the SRCFILE and SRCMBR values in the controller description associated with the device. Check the job log for any other error indications. Correct the problem, and try the request again.
