Network server description not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A network server description (NWS parameter) can only be specified when the resource name (RSRCNAME parameter) indicates that the line is attached to a network server (RSRCNAME parameter is *NWSD).
Recovery . . . : If you do not want to attach the line to a network server, remove the network server description (NWS parameter). If you want to attach the line to a network server, change the resource name (RSRCNAME parameter) to *NWSD. Then try the request again.
