Cause . . . . . : The &2 parameter was specified but it is not valid for the access type of this line description.
Recovery . . . : Check the access type (ACCTYPE), change the given parameter to use the default or no parameter, then try the request again:
PVCID is valid only for an access type of *PVC.
USELECSADR, LESATMADR, EMLLANNAME and LECDSCTIMO are valid only
for an access type of *SVC.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A request was made to create or change an Ethernet or Token-ring line description but a parameter was not valid for the chosen access type.
