Distribution &1-&2-&3-&4 cannot be found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A document interchange request was issued for a specific distribution that could not be found. If the distribution document name is correct, one of the following may be the problem:
1) The requester may not be a recipient or originator of the distribution
2) The distribution may have already been canceled, obtained, or filed for the requester
3) The requester may not have specified confirmation of delivery when the distribution was requested
4) The requester was the originator of the distribution and has received error status on the distribution. Received error status must be listed, it can not be canceled.
Recovery . . . : Submit the request again with the correct distribution document name.
